MOUNTAIN SERVICES

Sunshine Village offers a variety of services and facilities including retail, guest services, ski/snowboard school, daycare, rentals and much more.

In Calgary, located at 1037 11th Ave SW is Sunshine's Village "Snow Central". Drop by to get information about latest snow conditions, pick up your pass or simply browse our retail shop.

Retail Locations

3 convenient locations at Sunshine Village – in the rental shop at the base area, adjacent to Creekside Bar & Grill & inside the Daylodge in the village area.

Guest Services and Lost & Found

Located at the base area in the Guest Services building, behind the ticket windows and in the Daylodge lobby, in the Village Area.

Ski & Snowboard School Desk

Located in the Old Sunshine Lodge at the top of the Gondola and in the Retail Shop in the Rentals Building at the base of the Gondola.

Tiny Tiger Daycare

Located in the village area, just below the gondola next to the WaWa chair. We offer safe and licensed pre-school facilities.

Snow Host Tours

Complimentary mountain tour. Check in outside the Old Sunshine Lodge daily at 12:00 noon.

Ski Patrol

Located in the lower section of the Mountainholm building in the village area.

Ski & Snowboard Rentals

Located in the base area above the ticket windows, open 08:00 – 17.00. Visit us for the widest selection of Salomon gear. Rental jackets, pants and helmets available. Located in the Village, visit the Salomon Rental & Test Centre open 08:30 – 16.30. Test an unlimited selection of Salomon gear or try as many different skis or boards as you want in a single day. Credit card required for all rentals.

Skier Services

Located in the base area above the Creekside Bar & Grill. Services available include ski and snowboard tune- ups & repairs, seasonal, weekly & daily lockers, groups ‘meet & greet’ area, picnic eating area and washrooms.

ATM machines

Located in Creekside Bar & Grill at the base area, and in the Daylodge and Old Sunshine Lodge in the village area.

Valet Parking

Available to everyone & at the great value of $25 flat rate/per car, per day. On arrival at the parking lot, continue past the 5 minute zone & you’ll find valet parking located behind the Creekside Restaurant.

Ski & Board Lockers

Available above the Creekside Restaurant for $1/day. Tall lockers hold 4 pairs of skis for $5/day... can also be rented weekly & seasonally: contact the Repair Shop or rentals@skibanff.com. Overnight Ski Storage: Complimentary for Sunshine Village equipment rentals, or $2/night for your own gear. (boots/bags etc, cannot be stored overnight).

Equipment Tune Up

Full range of equipment tuning/repairs is available at the base Repair Shop or up at the Village in the Salomon Tent.
