The Sunshine Village Work and Play Experience

Every fall and throughout the season, Sunshine hires over 600 people to work and play at our resort. When fully operational, we reach over 800 staff members. Our employees come from all over the world from many different countries, backgrounds and cultures. The one thing we all have in common is our passion for skiing and snowboarding while having the best time of our lives!

Sunshine Village is an extensive resort that includes the Sunshine Mountain Lodge, a full-service 84 room hotel. Our food and beverage outlets include casual dining and fine dining restaurants, a Starbucks sponsored coffee shop, 5 additional food and beverage outlets. We also have 2 equipment rental shops, a number of retail outlets, a day care and a guest services/ticket sales department.
