Guest Check-in is located in the Gondola Base Area. Check-in desk hours are the same as the gondola operating hours. Guests are requested to be at the Base Area check-in at least 30 minutes before the last gondola cabin departs. Once checked-in, guests ride the gondola to the Village and the Lodge is just a short walk away. The Front Desk for the Sunshine Mountain Lodge is staffed 24 hours.

Saturday to Thursday - 8:00am - 5:30 pm
Friday - 8:00 - 10:30pm

The Gondola ride from the Base Area to the Village is approximately 15 minutes.

If planning to ski on the day of arrival, guests may check-in earlier, but please note that Lodge rooms are not guaranteed until 4:00 pm. Changing rooms are available at the Check-in for guests to change into ski gear.
